“Everything I want in romance. Angsty, emotional, forbidden and HOT! Abbi Glines at her best!” – Colleen Hoover,  #1 New York Times bestselling author

"Abbi Glines ratchets up the heat in Sweet Little Thing, taking her signature blend of page-turning sexual tension and honest romantic portrayals to the next level. I wish I could hit rewind and read the book again for the first time!"
— Kami Garcia, #1 New York Times bestselling coauthor of Beautiful Creatures and author of The Lovely Reckless

"No one packs as much prickly angst and heartwarming drama on each and every single page the way Abbi Glines does. Fans of the Rosemary Beach series are going to LOSE THEIR MINDS when they meet these characters!"
— Natasha is a Book Junkie

"The kind of book you can't read fast enough—a forbidden love story that's deliciously tense with an ending that left me clamoring for more."
— Vilma Iris

The day her mother passed away, Beulah was only given a name. That was it. No other explanation.

Portia Van Allan was not someone Beulah could believe her mother ever knew. Wealthy, self-absorbed and other than the fact Portia was supplying special care for Beulah’s sister, Portia was cruel.

The day Portia’s son returns home for the summer, Beulah discovers that Portia isn’t in charge. This isn’t her home at all. Her late husband left her with nothing. It all belongs to their son who doesn’t seem to like his mother at all.

Jasper Van Allan doesn’t know why his mother has hired a young gorgeous blonde to take care of the house and almost lets her go before he finds out the truth.

Realizing there’s more to Beulah than a stunning face, he keeps finding reasons to be near her all the time. It’s all falling into place, it all begins to make sense . . . until the real lies, the dark secrets, and the skeletons come tumbling out of the Van Allan closet. Twisted truths that will send Beulah running . . .
…

"Abbi Glines is the queen of steamy modern day fairytales with a twist. Sweet Little Thing will keep you guessing and needing more from the very first word all the way to the very last."
— Danielle Lagasse

“Sweet little things is a perfect blend of Romance and Drama. A book that throws curveballs unexpectedly, this book will have you addicted. You'll be begging Abbi Glines for your next fix.”

I am quite disgusted at the ending of this book. I loved the whole story until the last page. I know authors want to give us a plot twist but it’s actually disturbing that she decided to make two people who fell in love first cousins...

How can a publisher put out a book with so many errors? Very distracting and annoying….but besides that age difference between Beulah and Jasper doesn’t make any sense! Do the math! The ending is ridiculous!!!!

The house keeper and young boss fall In love only to find out they are first cousins. That's gross. Worst book I've read.

I was going to give it 1 star because of the unbelievable amount of errors I came across. I decided to give it 3 because it was an easy read and couldn’t put it down. I knew how it was going to end right away though!

I really enjoyed this book. It was written like her others, but at the same time - different. This really should not have been 3 books. It would have been sufficient with being 1 book or at the most 2, and not to be waiting weeks apart for each short novel to be released. I get the whole keeping people excited and making a series when the books are longer, but this is way too short to be 3 books. Even on my iPhone it was only 300 phone pages. None the less, I still loved the book (apart from being so short and made into 3 books instead of 1.)

Not all books have to have a happy ending but I agree with a previous review that it just seemed lazy. I enjoyed the storyline but the ridiculous ending ruined the book for me. It had potential to be so much better!
